4. Fees and Payment

Fees are quoted based on the scope of work discussed. Payment is due upon invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension. We reserve the right to adjust fees if the scope of work changes significantly.

Pylon Solus provides professional services based on applicable tax laws and accounting standards. However, we cannot guarantee specific tax results or outcomes. Tax laws change frequently, and planning strategies may be affected by factors beyond our control.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for all outstanding fees and may request return of their records.

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding specific results or outcomes. We recommend clients consult with legal counsel on matters outside the scope of accounting and tax services.
